WARNING: SPOILERS INBOUND!!
I will now start with chapter 16:19 pages 30-60. When Eren made his epic speech, that really hit me, all the words he used, and the amount of energy that he put into his words, really, an amazing part. And when Levi kicked the crap (excuse my language) out of Eren, man, that really showed Levi’s true nature, and how unforgiving he is, especially when he says: “When it comes to teaching somebody discipline, I believe pain is the most effective way.” And I also like it when the trial ends. Overall, I really liked this part.
I will now talk about chapter 17:20 pages 15-28. I really like this part because it really gives us a lot of character detail about Hanji. It tells us that she is not fueled by hatred for the titans, but by curiousness, and the mystery that surrounds the titans. Most people just care about, “Kill all the titans, they are horrible,” but Hanji looks deeper, experimenting upon every slightly mysterious thing she comes across. It also tells us a bit more about titans, about how their only weak spot is the nape of the neck, how they are very very light and other small facts!
