WARNING: SPOILERS INBOUND!!
Let me start off with chapter 19:22 pages 15-33. This part explains more about the scouting legion and how they work. It shows us their intricate formations and the different and several protocols and steps for certain situations. It also shows us that every member needs to be thoroughly educated in the different signs or what to do when certain things happen. It shows that the scouting legion aren't just people who kill titans and aren't choreographed or organized but that they actually do have safety and will do whatever it takes to insure the survival of the members, and really try their hardest to help humanity.
Now I will talk about page 34 on chapter 19:22- page 44 on chapter 20:23. This whole section gives us our first glance at the female titan, which we later find out to be Annie Leonhart. It really expresses her sheer skill, and her power. She is incredibly fast and unpredictable, and can predict other's moves easily. It also shows us (if you don't know that it is Annie) that it is a human titan shifter, because of the way she treated Armin and was directly headed to Eren. It also gives us a tiny bit more mystery as in why Annie wants Eren in the first place. Overall, this was the start of the real story, not the one of humans versus titans, but humans versus humans.
